Goodwill Industries of Central Michigan's Heartland is seeking a dedicated store associate to assist the store manager in operating a retail location within budget and toward monthly sales goals.

You will collaborate with retail and management teams, provide excellent customer service, uphold company policies, and help schedule staff while delivering high-quality standards. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with strong customer service ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Continually support and work cooperatively with retail, management and other departments within GICMH.
• Serve as a positive, productive role model to employees, participants and customers.
• Maintain appropriate and professional verbal communication, appearance, and actions.
• Comply with and enforce all agency policies and procedures.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Assist store management in meeting or exceeding monthly production plan, as directed, while ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.
• Assist in completion of store staff work schedules and respond to customer complaints professionally.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
