Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail operations required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong computer and record-keeping skills; familiarity with GIWM policies.

Responsabilités

• Assist store management with the execution of daily operations of a retail store, excluding personnel issues.
• General operations including acquisition, display, pricing, inventory, and rotation of goods.
• Performing administrative and clerical duties; provide sales reports and timely, accurate information.
• Oversee personnel, clients, and volunteers assigned to the retail store; support training and evaluations.
• Enforce store procedures and GIWM policies; ensure grounds/building maintenance and safety compliance.
• Assist with lead cashier and retail associate functions as required; support loss prevention efforts.
