• Monitor store entrances, exits and high-risk areas to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and friendly, confident greeting.
• Identify and promptly report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress standards while on duty.
