Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident greeting and professional demeanor.
• Identify theft or suspicious activity and report to the Manager on Duty promptly.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to designated dress standards.
