Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure, welcoming shopping environment at our Center City location. You will monitor entrances, greet customers, and support loss prevention initiatives while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes vigilance, professional conduct, and collaboration with store leadership to identify theft and reduce shrink, all while providing friendly service to shoppers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and follow dress standards.
• Stand at the front of the store and monitor entryways vigilantly.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and friendly, loud greeting.
• Identify and report theft or suspicious activity to management.
• Help maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
