• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high‑pressure environment with focus and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits and high‑risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft.
• Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and confident presence.
• Maintain safety and security standards across the store.
• Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
