Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors and drive excellence in glasses shopping experiences. You’ll influence processes, participate in special projects, and help shape Warby Parker’s retail operations.

You’ll manage a small team, support onboarding and training, and ensure a positive, inclusive culture. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Retail experience with 1+ year in a management role.

• Managerial experience in sales or operations at a complex, customer-focused retailer.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop processes to improve customer service and shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead meetings at shifts and daily roundtables.
• Direct a team of 8–10 members and demonstrate great service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews with Store Leaders.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and ongoing training.
• Foster an inclusive, service-minded culture.
