Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to support a team of Retail Advisors in delivering outstanding glasses-shopping experiences. You will engage customers, contribute to process improvements, and lead a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, process ideation, training, and collaboration with Store Leaders to drive exceptional service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with 1+ year in a management position.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience in sales or operations at a customer-focused retailer.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the point‑of‑sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes to improve customer service and shopping experiences.
• Manage daily zoning schedules and open/close the store.
• Lead shift start/end meetings and team roundtables.
• Direct a team of 8–10 members and model excellent service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews and training.
