You’ll lead a team of 8–10, manage daily scheduling, onboard new hires, and conduct performance reviews, all while upholding Warby Parker’s values and customer-centric culture.

Qualifikationen

• Retail management experience of 1+ year.
• Managerial experience in sales/operations.

• Own troubleshooting for point-of-sale system.
• Oversee store's inventory procedures.

• Assist with biannual performance reviews.
