Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to support a team of Retail Advisors in creating exceptional glasses-shopping experiences. You’ll lead, troubleshoot the POS, and drive process improvements to enhance customer service.

You’ll guide a team of 8–10 and help with onboarding, training, and biannual performance reviews, while maintaining a positive, inclusive culture and handling daily store operations with energy and resilience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a management position within retail
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Experience leading a team in a complex, service-driven retailer
• Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn new skills
• Ability to coach and develop teammates and run effective meetings

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values to customers
• Own troubleshooting for the point-of-sale system
• Oversee store inventory management procedures
• Develop processes to improve customer service and shopping experiences
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules
• Open and close the store
• Lead shift start/end meetings and roundtables
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members
• Assist with biannual performance reviews
