Warby Parker seeks a service-oriented Sales Manager to support a team of Retail Advisors in creating exceptional glasses-shopping experiences. You'll engage with customers, contribute to process ideation, and participate in special projects with senior leaders.

This role offers growth within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. You bring at least 1 year of retail management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a management position within retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in sales or operations at a customer-focused retailer.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes to improve customer service and shopping experiences.
• Manage daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead shift start/end meetings and roundtables.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews with leadership.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and training.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, service-minded culture.
