Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors and enhance glasses-shopping experiences. You’ll drive processes, meetings, and daily operations to deliver exceptional service and store performance.

With 1+ year in retail management, you’ll guide 8–10 teammates, support onboarding and training, and sustain a positive, high-energy work environment. This full-time role emphasizes leadership and customer care.

• Retail experience with 1+ year in a management role.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Managerial experience in sales or operations at a customer-focused retailer.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Eager to learn new skills and adapt to change.
• Upbeat, empathetic team player with strong energy.
• Able to drive targets and support teammates in reaching them.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for our point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes that improve customer service and shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead meetings at shifts start and end, plus roundtables as needed.
• Direct a team of 8-10 team members and model great service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews with leadership.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new hires.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, service-minded culture.
