Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes that improve service and shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead shift start/end meetings, roundtables, and other meetings.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members and model outstanding service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews with Store Leaders.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and ongoing training.
• Cultivate an inclusive, service-minded work culture.
