Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to support a team of Retail Advisors in creating the best glasses-shopping experiences. As a Sales Manager, you’ll engage with customers, help ideate processes, and lead special projects across the store.

You’ll directly impact store success while learning from our business and retail leaders. You’ll manage a team of 8 and drive daily operations, including shift meetings, inventory control, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience leading a sales or operations team in a multi-channel retailer.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive learner.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes to improve service and shopping experiences.
• Lead and run daily shift meetings and team roundtables.
• Direct a team of 8 and support 10 members in delivering service.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training.
• Support biannual performance reviews with leadership.
