• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to achieve KPIs and customer experience
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure SOP adherence
• Coordinate in-store programs (Loyalty, Balloon events, Birthday party operations) and BOPIS/Same Day Delivery
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards
• Promote protection plans and in-store services to drive revenue
