Job summary

You will oversee front-end and service operations, model exceptional customer experiences, coach the team, and drive omni-channel service including BOPIS, delivery, and loyalty program enrollment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operations.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for transactions and support.
• Oversee in-store programs and events such as Balloons and birthday parties.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and visits.
• Champion MCC/Extend services and protection plans.
• Drive sales and operations in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
• Ensure efficient execution of BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and coordination with frame shop.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
