Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Account Sales Manager for Retail Enterprise to drive partner sales, consumption strategies, and ecosystem growth within the Retail sector. You will empower channel partners, SI and hyperscalers, accelerate ACV, and contribute to a culture of learning and inclusion across the team.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in partner management or channel sales
Experience with enterprise software sales or strategy consulting
Culture-first mindset with empathy and integrity
Industry knowledge in enterprise retail tech
Proven track record in indirect sales and co-sell motions
Proficiency with AI tools and data-driven enablement

Responsibilities

Develop and execute partner and channel sales programs
Collaborate with Alliances, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Drive GTM motions with hyperscalers and retail ecosystem partners
Enable and enablement delivery for partner programs
Maintain forecast rigor and pipeline hygiene
