Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Account Sales Manager for Retail Enterprise to drive partner sales, accelerator programs, and joint GTM initiatives within major retail accounts. You will collaborate with System Integrators, Hyperscalers, and internal teams to expand ACV and adoption.

You will champion a culture of inclusion, accelerate AI-enabled workflows, and lead enablement across the ecosystem while ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and measurable consumption growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or enterprise software sales.
• Experience driving indirect sales quotas and joint pipeline.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail tech landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and exceed revenue and partner investment targets within Retail Enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate with direct sales for co-sell opportunities and deals.
• Drive GTM motions with hyperscalers and regional partners.
• Enable and enablement programs with partner executives and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
