Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager to oversee named ISV partners across Sales and Service portfolios in the AMER Apps, Agents and Integrations organization. You will drive revenue, adoption of the next-gen platform, and joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.

You’ll lead negotiations, forecast performance, and ensure alignment with corporate AI and marketplace strategies while representing Salesforce to partner leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in ISV, technology or product partnership and/or sales experience in the SaaS, PaaS or AI sectors.
• Consistent track record of quota achievement and partner growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex situations into crisp updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner relationships across build, market, go-to-market, support and operate motions.
• Drive revenue, platform adoption and marketplace targets with named partners.
• Forecast business, manage negotiations of revenue share agreements.
