Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia Inc is seeking a Full Time Supervisor to help lead a busy store, donation site and production facility in Richmond, VA. The role directs tasks in the absence of store leadership and ensures smooth operation, productive staff performance, and exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities include monitoring production, achieving sales goals, maintaining cleanliness and merchandising standards, and communicating with management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or combination of education and work experience.
• 1 year experience in a leadership role preferred.
• No professional certifications are required for this position.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Run store operations in the absence of store/assistant manager (front end and production).
• Monitor associates' progress toward goals and production targets.
• Participate in production to meet store goals as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards; exemplify customer service.
• Promote Goodwill standards of exceptional customer service.
