Job summary

The role includes onboarding, scheduling, and using data reports to guide decisions. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of related experience, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Business Management preferred.
• 3 years’ related experience required.
• Background check required; no professional certifications needed.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model in manner and appearance to promote a positive work environment.
• Meets store goals, identifies work to be done, prioritizes tasks and delegates to drive results.
• Delivers exceptional customer service consistently to customers and staff.
• Leads onboarding for new and transferred associates to ensure smooth integration.
• Runs weekly management meetings and monthly staff meetings to align teams.
• Drives store changes through clear communication and supports company initiatives.
• Recognizes and rewards behaviors that drive progress and success.
• Identifies high-potential staff and nurtures for advancement.
• Ensures effective learning through RAM, Lead Readiness, and development plans.
• Schedules and staffs the store for maximum efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitors donated goods processing and inventory levels for value optimization.
• Maintains high standards of visual presentation and cleanliness.
• Promotes feedback loops with customers and staff for continuous improvement.
• Uses daily sales and reports to identify trends and take corrective actions.
