Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking an experienced store manager to profitably operate a Goodwill Retail store, donation site and in-store production facility. You will lead staff, set priorities, and drive performance to meet store goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key duties include staff scheduling, training, conducting regular meetings, interpreting daily sales and production reports, and maintaining visual standards and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 3 years' experience in a related field.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model in manner and appearance to promote a positive work environment.
• Meets store goals, identifies work to be done, prioritizes and delegates to drive results.
• Promotes high standard of exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
• Conducts weekly management team meetings, monthly staff meetings, check-ins.
• Schedules and staffs the store for maximum efficiency and exceptional customer experience.
