Boot Barn in Stephenville, TX is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will engage customers, build product knowledge, uphold merchandising standards and process sales with accuracy at the POS.

You will partner with leadership to drive sales goals, support store operations and help train team members while embodying Boot Barn's values. Availability for varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsabilités

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, add-ons and customer information capture rates.
• Be informed and understand current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, merchandising, sales set up, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and monitoring/replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain cash/media accountabilities at POS.
• Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and comply with Time and Attendance policy.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies.
