Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to create an exceptional in-store experience, lead and support store partners, and drive sales toward store goals. You will develop product knowledge, participate in visual merchandising, and ensure accurate POS transactions while upholding Boot Barn’s values.

You will work with the leadership team to grow skills, support operations, and maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Assist with merchandising, floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Process merchandise, monitor floor stock, and complete sales transactions accurately.
