Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to engage customers and lead store teams in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will develop product knowledge, uphold merchandising standards, and drive selling culture while supporting leadership in achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities include managing transactions, maintaining POS accuracy, and partnering with leadership to improve store metrics and operations.

Qualifications

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories and communicate benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve sales metrics such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with merchandising, floor moves, and store housekeeping.
• Accurately complete transactions and manage cash at POS.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed customer expectations.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishment of floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS.
