Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a full-time/part-time Key Holder to provide exceptional in-store leadership and customer service. You will drive sales alongside store leadership, develop team skills, and ensure accurate POS transactions while maintaining merchandising standards.

The role emphasizes knowledge of products, promotions, and customer-centric selling, with opportunities to contribute to store goals and growth across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain goals like UPT, ADT, add-ons and customer information capture rates.
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Process merchandise and complete sales transactions at POS with accuracy.
