Job summary

Boot Barn in the United States is seeking a part-time Key Holder to engage customers, drive sales and support store partners. You will embody Boot Barn's values, master product knowledge and operate the POS to ensure smooth transactions.

You will help with merchandising, maintain visual standards, and assist with opening/closing procedures while working flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide leadership in-store.
