Boot Barn is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to lead in-store sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store partners with merchandising and operations. The role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, and achieving sales goals while maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals: UPT, ADT, add-ons, and customer info capture rates.
• Be informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor replenishment of floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/media accountability.
• Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Perform opening/closing procedures per company standards and Time & Attendance policy.
