Responsibilities include leading shifts, coaching teammates, managing openings/closings, and ensuring product knowledge and store standards. Must be flexible for varied shifts and physically capable of daily store duties.

• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Handle opening/closing routines and bank processes.
• Build connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and store standards.
