Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including opening/closing routines and directing daily tasks.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers on performance.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through selling, product knowledge, and customer care.
• Demonstrate company policies, store strategies, and visual standards to the team.
• Create daily goals and guide the team on shifts and coverage.
• Assist with floorset execution, visuals, and merchandising as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
