Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective store execution and leadership. You will be the frontline leader, ensuring customer experiences meet brand standards and in-store policies are followed.

You will coach associates, drive selling behaviors, and help manage daily operations including opening/closing routines, stock, and visual presentation. This is a full-time role in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift for associates.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and offering recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
