Job summary

You will lead a team, provide feedback, and model selling behaviors grounded in our values and product knowledge. This role requires physical activity including lifting and standing, with varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and teammates.
• Drive exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviours.
• Demonstrate company policies, store strategies and brand values.
• Set daily shift goals and direct opening/closing routines.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
