Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective store and operations execution. You will lead day-to-day tasks, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences with our brand and products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver outstanding in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and direct the team accordingly.
• Perform opening/closing routines and process shipments and directives.
• Create genuine customer connections with needs-based recommendations.
