You will lead opening/closing routines, coach associates, drive exceptional customer experiences, and ensure product knowledge and store policies are applied.

Responsibilities

• Lead delegated leadership tasks from the Store Manager, including Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift directions and goals when associates arrive.
