Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. is hiring a Human Resources Field Representative in Mebane, NC to support onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations across stores. You will liaise with store management and HR, review frontline applications, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires HR experience, familiarity with Workday/Dimensions, and a Bachelor’s degree (PHR eligibility preferred). 3–5 years in HR and strong MS Office skills are expected, with opportunities to advance as Buc-ee's expands

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PHR or eligibility to take the exam within 1 year preferred.
• High competency with HR systems including Workday and Dimensions.
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• EEOC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding, benefits, and payroll processes for stores.
• Act as liaison between Store Management and HR to ensure timely information flow.
• Review applications and interviews for frontline positions.
• Verify forms (W-4, WOTC, I-9) for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage store onboarding and explain policies, procedures and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR team to address questions on pay and benefits.
• Facilitate online training for new employees (Kronos, safety).
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state HR requirements.
• Perform other duties as required.
