Buc-ee's is opening in Gallaway, TN, and is hiring for an HR Field Representative. The role focuses on onboarding, employee relations, and assisting with payroll and benefits in our new stores. A strong HR background and experience with HR systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PHR or eligibility to take the exam within 1 year preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Experience with onboarding and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, benefits, payroll information and employee relations.
• Serve as liaison between Store Management and HR to ensure timely communication.
• Review applications and interviews for frontline positions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate forms like W-4, WOTC and I-9 for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage onboarding processes and explain policies to new employees.
• Partner with HR Team to respond to questions about policies, pay and benefits.
• Facilitate online training (Kronos, job-specific training, safety).
• Maintain knowledge of Federal and State HR requirements.
