Job summary

Buc-ee's in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Human Resources Field Representative to support onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations across our stores.

The role requires 3–5 years HR experience, PHR eligibility, and strong proficiency with Workday; you will review applications, handle timekeeping and disciplinary issues, and serve as a liaison between Store Management and HR to ensure timely information flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PHR or eligibility to take the exam within 1 year preferred.
• 3-5 years of HR experience with strong computer skills.
• Experience with HR systems, including Workday, is required.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
• Review applications and conduct interviews for frontline positions.
• Handle timekeeping and disciplinary issues per policy.
