Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR experience or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• PHR eligibility within 1 year preferred.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and Dimensions.

Responsabilités

• Support onboarding, benefits, and payroll processes for stores.
• Act as liaison between Store Management and HR for timely information.
• Review applications and interviews for frontline positions.
• Evaluate forms like W-4 and I-9 for accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate online training for new employees (Kronos, safety).
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state HR requirements.
• Partner with HR team to respond to employee questions about policies and pay.
