You will schedule and confirm appointments, manage client records with care, assist with hearing screenings, and handle product orders and follow-up communications.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles.
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets.
• Experience in healthcare or hearing care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and appointment bookings for hearing evaluations.
• Assist providers with screenings and follow-up care.
• Schedule and manage provider calendars; maintain client records.
