Job summary

HearUSA, part of WSA, is seeking a Retail Hearing Center Specialist to act as the frontline ambassador for hearing care services in a retail setting. You will drive lead generation, engage customers, and support clinical providers to book and manage appointments, while ensuring a superior client experience.

You will handle basic hearing aid troubleshooting, product readiness, and follow-up processes, maintaining accurate records and contributing to growth metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline ambassador for hearing care services in a retail environment.
• Identify hearing needs through consultative conversations and assist proctoring screenings.
• Generate and convert leads into booked appointments for hearing evaluations.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to optimize provider calendars.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain records and assist with hearing aid orders, repairs, and inventory.
