HearUSA is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to ensure excellent hearing care for our clients. You will manage appointment scheduling, maintain client charts, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to walk-in and scheduled patients.

The role emphasizes accurate records, basic knowledge of hearing aid technology, and a proactive, team-oriented approach within a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service and office administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers including scheduling software and MS Office.
• Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain client charts and ensure information is up to date.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Manages clinic schedule to ensure efficient patient care for walk-in and scheduled appointments.
• Enter stock and custom orders, perform weekly inventory audit.
• Maintain detailed records of cash and bank deposits and complete end-of-day reports.
