Job summary

WS Audiology USA is seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to be the frontline ambassador for hearing care services in a busy retail environment. You will drive appointment bookings, support clinical providers, and deliver an exceptional client experience through consultative conversations.

You will identify customer needs, generate leads, manage calendars, and maintain accurate patient records, while ensuring HIPAA and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into booked appointments for hearing evaluations.
• Build and maintain referral opportunities through outbound calls and marketing efforts.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to optimize provider calendars.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity within systems.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Perform basic hearing aid troubleshooting, cleaning, and listening checks.
• Support recall efforts and follow-up processes; manage orders, repairs, and inventory.
• Maintain a quiet, professional environment and clear communication.
• Track and report key performance metrics; meet SQL and booking goals.
