Job summary

WS Audiology USA seeks a Retail Hearing Center Specialist to serve as frontline ambassador in a retail environment. You will drive appointment bookings, support clinicians, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include lead generation, scheduling, and maintaining client records, with opportunities to assist hearing aid troubleshooting and product readiness. A customer-focused, organized professional thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and customer engagement to drive appointment bookings and support clinical providers.
• Proctor hearing screenings and qualify potential candidates with licensed providers.
• Generate and convert leads into booked appointments for hearing evaluations.
• Schedule and manage appointments, maintain client records, and ensure data integrity in systems.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; respond promptly to inquiries; support recall efforts.
• Assist in hearing aid troubleshooting, cleaning, and listening checks; prepare for appointments; manage orders, repairs, inventory, and notifications.
