Qualifications

• 1-4 years in customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive appointment bookings and lead generation.
• Proctor hearing screenings with licensed providers.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate client records and data integrity.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text.
• Assist in hearing aid orders, repairs, inventory, and pickups.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming center environment.
• Track KPIs and meet SQL and booking goals.
• Support merchandising and marketing displays.
• Follow HIPAA, FDA, and company policies.
• Handle payments and end-of-day settlements.
