HearUSA is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to ensure clients’ needs are met promptly, maintain organized appointments, and deliver Simply Excellent Hearing Care. You will manage clinic schedules, handle welcome calls, and support patients in person and remotely as needed.

We value a High School Diploma, strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and office administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients and coworkers.
• Proficiency with computers including scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and ensure information is up to date.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly customer service.
• Manage clinic schedule to ensure efficient patient care for walk-ins and appointments.
• Enter stock and custom orders, perform weekly inventory audit.
• Maintain detailed records of cash deposits and end-of-day reports.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Maintain knowledge of hearing aid technology and perform basic cleaning/repairs.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting via phone or in person and support HearAssist and remote care.
