Job summary

HearUSA in New York is seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to be the frontline ambassador for hearing care in a busy retail center. You will drive appointment bookings, support clinical providers, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Use consultative conversations to identify hearing needs, convert leads to evaluations, and manage calendars. You’ll assist with hearing aid orders, basic troubleshooting, and maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline ambassador for hearing care services in a retail environment.
• Identify hearing needs through consultative conversations and assist proctoring screenings.
• Generate and convert leads into booked appointments for hearing evaluations.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments; maintain client records and data accuracy.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; respond to inquiries; support recalls.
• Assist with hearing aid orders, repairs, inventory, and follow-up processes; prepare for appointments.
• Maintain a quiet, professional environment; follow HIPAA, FDA, and company privacy standards.
• Track and report key metrics (leads, bookings, conversions, show rates) and support merch/marketing displays.
