Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline ambassador for hearing care services in a retail environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative conversations and assist in proctoring hearing screenings.
• Generate and convert leads into booked appointments for hearing evaluations; build referral opportunities.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to optimize provider calendars and maintain records.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; support recall efforts and re-engage existing clients.
