Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• The Retail Sales Coordinator serves as the frontline ambassador for hearing care services within a retail environment.
• Use consultative conversations to identify potential hearing needs and reduce barriers to care; assist licensed providers with screenings.
• Generate and convert leads into booked appointments for hearing evaluations; build referral opportunities through outbound calls and marketing.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to optimize provider calendars; maintain accurate client records and data integrity.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; respond promptly to inquiries; support recall efforts and re-engage existing clients.
• Perform basic hearing aid troubleshooting, cleaning, and listening checks; manage orders, repairs, inventory, and client notifications for pickup.
• Maintain a quiet, professional environment during business hours; ensure clear annunciation and proper grammar in written communication.
• Track and report key metrics (leads, bookings, conversions, show rates); meet monthly SQL and booking goals; provide insights on trends.
• Maintain a clean, professional center; support merchandising, demo stations, and marketing displays; follow HIPAA, FDA, and company policies.
• Collect and record payments; assist financing applications; record cash deposits and run end-of-day settlements.
