TJ Maxx in Milford, MA is seeking a Store Leadership role to promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-end Associates. You will train and mentor staff, coordinate POS coverage, and ensure store operations follow policies while driving loyalty programs and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail experience with 6 months in leadership, strong merchandising knowledge, and excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
