Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-store operations to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and loyalty-program promotion.
• Lead by example, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Coach Associates on storefront fundamentals and customer personalization.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate break schedules.
• Address customer concerns promptly and enhance the customer experience.
